　　1、操作者必須熟悉設備性能和安全規范操作方法。認識所需穿條型材大小面及相對應規格的隔熱條。

1. The operator must be familiar with equipment performance and safety regulations and operating methods. Understand the required size, surface, and corresponding specifications of insulation strips for threading profiles.

　　2、工作前應先檢查電源和氣路情況，和自動運行速度及三刀前后水平。

2. Before starting work, it is necessary to check the power and air circuit conditions, as well as the automatic operating speed and the level before and after the three knives.

　　3、檢查所需穿條型材有無變形，掉漆，劃傷，色差等缺陷，無問題后穿上對應隔熱條。

3. Check if there are any defects such as deformation, paint peeling, scratches, color difference, etc. on the required threading profile. If there are no problems, wear the corresponding insulation strip.

　　4、首先需根據型材需壓條位置調節刀具高度和上下距離，固定擱料升降輪。刀具調到正好與穿隔熱條槽口水平，轉動三個刀具壓力輪，壓緊型材。力度合適后固定緊。調節固定上面的三個輪，剛好貼上型材上面固定緊之后，試壓一支料。

4. Firstly, it is necessary to adjust the height and distance of the cutting tool according to the position of the profile pressing bar, and fix the material lifting wheel. Adjust the cutting tool to be exactly level with the groove of the insulation strip, rotate three cutting tool pressure wheels, and press the profile tightly. Fix tightly after the appropriate force is applied. Adjust and fix the three wheels on top, just press them tightly onto the profile, and then test a piece of material.

　　5、所壓好的型材必須是直的，抖動不變形，型材內腔完好。隔熱條無破損，型材無破損。

　　6、機器運行時，操作者不得穿插機器前后，需調節必須停止運行才可穿行。

　　7、手動調節試壓好后才可自動批量工作，并時常檢查所壓型材是否符合工藝要求。

　　8、長時間離崗需關掉電源，運行發現故障問題必須停止工作，上報主管。

　　9、設備每星期保養一次，加注潤滑油，檢查配套零件有無松動。
